Flavor-mass majorization uncertainty relations and their links to the mixing matrix

Uncertainties in flavor and mass eigenstates of neutrinos are considered within the majorization approach. Nontrivial bounds reflect fact that cannot be simultaneously eigenstates. As quantitative measures uncertainties, both R\'{e}nyi Tsallis entropies utilized. Within current amount experience concerning mixing matrix, uncertainty relations need to put values only two parameters, viz. $\theta_{12}$ $\theta_{13}$. That is, approach is applicable same framework as Maassen-Uffink relation recently utilized this context. We also consider case detection inefficiencies, since it can naturally incorporated into entropic framework. Short comments on applications with quantum memory given.
